Each project combines math with humanity, often through game theory, which aligns incentives, and network theory, which connects people who care.

AI can now solve the problems in every learning standard. People need creative problem solving and critical thinking, and education systems take years to change. Until now, there was no way to teach this widely, with real people, in a way that is fun.

New idea: Math stars a few years older teach live, while professional actors and comedians coach them in real time. Math becomes a sandbox for creativity.
Aligned incentives: The teenagers get professional coaching in how to communicate, and the students learn from people they look up to. Profits fund free classes in places without advanced math.

Challenging yourself is more fun with other people. To make that free for everyone, someone has to explain each problem, and nobody teaches for free.

New idea: Real-time math rounds with players at your level, from anywhere in the world. After each problem, players explain their solutions to each other.
Aligned incentives: Unless teaching is how you earn respect. The number next to your name counts the brains others gave your explanations, not your rating. So players compete to teach, and the game grows Thought Full people.

In the next pandemic, a vaccine may be months away. People need a way to protect themselves before then.

New idea: Tell each person how many relationships away each new case is, so they can see a disease getting closer and step back before it reaches them.
Aligned incentives: Contact tracing asks you to stay home after you may have been exposed, to protect others. NOVID warns you before, so protecting yourself also cuts the disease’s path to everyone else.

New idea: Many explanations of each topic, all in one place, written by students, teachers and enthusiasts. You pick the one that makes sense to you. It was Expii’s first service, and it has been free since 2014. 8,520 explanations of math and science.
