Stretch or Compress Function Vertically: cf(x) - Expii

To scale or stretch vertically by a factor of c, replace y = f(x) with y = cf(x). Note that if |c|<1, scaling by a factor of c will really be shrinking, or compressing, by a factor of 1/c.
